FRANKFURTER

Frankfurters, or franks, are made from beef and pork meat combination. Franks are seasoned with garlic, pepper, salt, sugar, ground mustard and nutmeg.

They are smoked and then cooked. Their size: 15cm (100gr) or Foot long (220gr)

 

GERMAN BOCKWURST

Traditionally made from 100% ground beef and pork (more beef than pork). NO fillers or additives are used, the mixture is finely ground and filled into a thin sheep's casing, seasoned with white pepper, allspice, and a pinch of cardamom, lightly smoked which gives the bockwurst a distinct taste. Their size: 15cm (60gr) or Foot long (120gr)

One of the most popular sausages used for hot dogs at kid’s parties, school bazars or any occasion.

RUSSIAN SAUSAGE

Excellent quality and value for money, made from very coarse chunks of pork meat mixed with black pepper a pinch of ginger and garlic, slightly smoked gives unique reach mouthful flavor and test.

CHEESE GRILLERS

Traditionally made from very coarsely grounded beef, pork, and cheddar cheese.
