Delivery Information

Rodopa Meat delivers to a large portion of the Johannesburg metropolitan area.

Due to the current government sanctions against small businesses we must inform all private and retail clients that your order will be delivered when it coincides with our contract deliveries in your area. We apologise in advance for this.

Should you wish to collect your order, our factory shop can accommodate you:

Monday to Friday: 08H00 - 18H00

4 Tungsten Road, Strijdom Park, Randburg, Johannesburg

Standard Delivery Times/Days:

Orders will be delivered between 9.00 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday to Friday.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT THERE IS SOMEONE TO SIGN FOR THE DELIVERY. As we are delivering perishable products, it is important that your delivery is signed for, checked against the delivery note, and preferably refrigerated immediately (although our boxes will keep your order cool for a few hours if stored in a cool place.)

It may be a good idea to get your order delivered to your work address, if the order is on a Monday to Friday – if you prefer this, please make sure to enter your company and address details carefully (e.g. what floor you are on, what department etc.)

If there is nobody at the designated delivery address to receive your order, it will be taken to the production facility in Randburg for storage. The onus will be on you to collect the order from the factory shop and provide proof that you are the intended customer in order for us to release the goods to you. We will hold the order for 48 hours.

Delivery Charges:

If your total order value is over R2000, delivery is free. If it is under, then a delivery charge of  R200 will apply.
